
Edgeworth Analytics was retained by the National Archives Foundation to analyze retail data and provide recommendations for improving the performance of the National Archives gift shop and eStore. Edgeworth conducted analyses on the sales performance of the retail products and product lines; the effectiveness of promotional efforts; and inventory operations. Edgeworth’s assessments identified actions to improve operations performance. Following the initial phase of work, Edgeworth was retained to provide additional data analysis focused on promotion, sales, and purchasing decisions during the disruption caused by COVID-19.
